Ice Breaker Premium Subscription Terms
1. Who offers Premium
The Ice Breaker app and Premium are offered by Wojciech Lach, ul. Marii Konopnickiej 4/3, 45-004 Opole, Polska. Contact: kontakt@icebreakerfun.com.
2. What Premium includes
Premium unlocks the features described on the Premium screen in the app: all questions in every game, 18+ questions (after you confirm you are an adult), hosting online games, saving games for later, and no limits on favorites and custom questions. Joining online games does not require Premium. The free version remains available.
3. Two ways to buy — the same access
- Annual plan. A one-year subscription with a 7-day free trial, if the store offers it for your account. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the store charges for the first year and then charges every year until you cancel.
- Lifetime access. A one-time payment with no renewal and no end date — for as long as the app is offered and supported.
Both options give exactly the same access. The price is set by the store; you see it in your currency on the purchase screen before you pay anything.
4. Payment and renewal
Payment is handled by the store where you buy (App Store or Google Play) under its own terms. We do not receive your card or billing details. The subscription renews automatically for another year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The store notifies you of any change to the renewal price under its own rules.
5. How to cancel
Cancel the subscription in the store where you bought it:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ice Breaker → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ice Breaker → Cancel.
After you cancel, Premium works until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account in the app does not cancel the subscription.
6. Refunds and consumer rights
You buy Premium in the Apple or Google store, which is the seller and handles payments and refunds. You exercise your consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal to the extent it applies to digital content, through that store, in line with its rules and the law. These terms do not limit any rights you have as a consumer.
7. When Premium ends
Premium lasts exactly as long as the store’s purchase status says. After the paid period ends or after a refund we add no extra time of our own; only a billing grace period applies, if the store uses one.
8. Restoring purchases and a new phone
Premium belongs to the app profile it was bought on. The “Restore purchases” button on the Premium screen restores it on that profile. If you sign in with Google or Apple, signing in with the same account on a new phone brings Premium back. Premium does not move between profiles or between iPhone and Android.
9. Store rules
Purchases are also subject to the rules of the store where you buy. For purchases on iPhone, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
10. Changes to these terms
We will announce significant changes in the app or on this page. The version number and date are at the top of this document.

1. Kto oferuje Premium

2. Co daje Premium
Premium odblokowuje w aplikacji funkcje opisane na ekranie Premium: wszystkie pytania we wszystkich grach, pytania 18+ (po potwierdzeniu pełnoletności), zakładanie gier online, zapisywanie gier na później oraz zniesienie limitu ulubionych i własnych pytań. Do gier online można dołączać bez Premium. Wersja bezpłatna pozostaje dostępna.
3. Dwie opcje zakupu — ten sam dostęp
- Plan roczny. Subskrypcja na rok, z 7-dniowym bezpłatnym okresem próbnym, jeśli sklep go oferuje dla Twojego konta. Jeśli nie anulujesz subskrypcji przed końcem okresu próbnego, sklep pobierze opłatę za pierwszy rok, a potem będzie ją pobierał co rok, dopóki nie anulujesz.
- Dostęp na zawsze. Jednorazowa opłata, bez odnawiania i bez daty końca — tak długo, jak aplikacja jest oferowana i obsługiwana.
Obie opcje dają dokładnie ten sam dostęp. Cenę ustala sklep; widzisz ją w swojej walucie na ekranie zakupu, zanim cokolwiek zapłacisz.
4. Płatność i odnawianie
Płatność obsługuje sklep, w którym kupujesz (App Store albo Google Play), na swoich zasadach. Nie otrzymujemy danych karty ani danych rozliczeniowych. Subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie na kolejny rok, chyba że anulujesz ją najpóźniej 24 godziny przed końcem bieżącego okresu. O zmianie ceny odnowienia powiadamia sklep, zgodnie ze swoimi zasadami.
5. Jak anulować
Subskrypcję anulujesz w sklepie, w którym została kupiona:
- iPhone: Ustawienia → Twoje imię i nazwisko → Subskrypcje → Ice Breaker → Anuluj subskrypcję.
- Android: Google Play → profil → Płatności i subskrypcje → Subskrypcje → Ice Breaker → Anuluj.
Po anulowaniu Premium działa do końca opłaconego okresu. Usunięcie aplikacji albo konta w aplikacji nie anuluje subskrypcji.
6. Zwroty i prawa konsumenta
Premium kupujesz w sklepie Apple albo Google, który jest sprzedawcą i obsługuje płatności oraz zwroty. Prawa konsumenta, w tym prawo odstąpienia od umowy w zakresie, w jakim przysługuje przy treściach cyfrowych, realizujesz przez ten sklep, zgodnie z jego zasadami i przepisami. Te warunki nie ograniczają praw, które przysługują Ci jako konsumentowi.
7. Kiedy Premium się kończy
Premium działa dokładnie tak długo, jak wynika to ze stanu zakupu w sklepie. Po końcu opłaconego okresu albo po zwrocie nie dodajemy własnego dodatkowego czasu; obowiązuje tylko okres na uregulowanie płatności, jeśli sklep go stosuje.
8. Przywracanie zakupów i nowy telefon
Premium jest przypisane do profilu w aplikacji, na którym zostało kupione. Przycisk „Przywróć zakupy” na ekranie Premium przywraca je na tym profilu. Jeśli korzystasz z logowania przez Google albo Apple, po zalogowaniu tym samym kontem na nowym telefonie Premium wraca. Premium nie przechodzi między profilami ani między iPhone’em a Androidem.
9. Zasady sklepów
Zakupy podlegają także zasadom sklepu, w którym kupujesz. Przy zakupie na iPhonie obowiązuje standardowa umowa licencyjna Apple dla aplikacji (Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
10. Zmiany warunków
O istotnych zmianach poinformujemy w aplikacji albo na tej stronie. Numer wersji i data są na górze dokumentu.
